The Holburne Future Collective is a group of Volunteers aged 18 – 26 years old who currently meet once a month to learn more about how Museums work and co-produce events and resources for other young people to help them engage with the Museum, its collection, exhibitions, and wider programme.
The Holburne Future Collective offers its members the opportunity to gain a wealth of experience to help with confidence, enhance their C.V’s and gain work experience essential to securing work in the sector. Through one-to-one mentoring and support, members of the collective can receive help and guidance on how to take their first steps into a career in the sector.
The Holburne Future Collective aims to produce content and resources that will open conversations around the Holburne Museums permanent collection and visiting art exhibitions to help expand thinking, make art more accessable and influence change by feeding back constructive criticism and being the voice of young adults in art.
The Holburne Future Collective runs from September through to June each year. Applications are now open. If you are interested in the Collective, please email Spencer Hancock at s.hancock@holburne.org
In addition there are more opportunities for Young Adults to join our Creative Group, Make It New. For more information on this please click here
