Meet the Museum
The Meet the Museum workshop offers a chance to introduce young learners to museums, through the wonderful Holburne collection, which is home to over 10,000 objects from around the globe!
Pupils will:-
- Discover what a museum is, what they do and what they look after
- Learn about the different materials artists work in by handling replica objects
- Explore the museum collection and temporary exhibitions through engaging drawing and eye spy activities
- Develop creative and motor skills by working in modelling, drawing and collage to create their very own mini-museums
