The Holburne Museum is fully accessible for all visitors.

Car Park
We have parking spaces for Blue Badge holders.

Entrance
There is level access to our front door which opens and closes automatically. The ground floor is level and is where you’ll find our Garden Cafe.

Lift
We have a lift to all floors.

Wheelchairs
You are welcome to pre-book a wheelchair for your visit. Please call us 01225 388569.
If you need assistance or if your mobility is impaired, please ask our Front of House staff for help. They are stationed at the Information Desk on the ground floor. Alternatively ask a Gallery Steward to call a member of the team for assistance.

Seating
We have benches or chairs in all of our galleries and in the Entrance Hall and on the First Floor landing.

Toilets
There are public toilets which are wheelchair accessible, on the ground floor and in the basement. The basement toilets are accessible via the lift from any floor.
Both the men’s and women’s toilets have baby changing facilities.

Labels
We have large print labels available in all our galleries.

Hearing Loop
We have a hearing induction loop at the Reception Desk and also in the Picture Gallery on the Second Floor for lectures and events and in the Clore Learning Space where some smaller events are held. Your hearing aid will need to be set to ‘T’.

Telephone
We don’t have a public telephone in the Museum. However, if you need to call a taxi or make a call for assistance our team at the Information Desk on the ground floor will be more than happy to help you.

Assistance dogs
Are welcome in the Museum.
