Ticket Information
You can enter our Shop and Cafe on the ground floor free of charge.
To view any of our exhibitions, you will need to buy a General admission ticket, which includes entry to all our collections and displays. Tickets are not timed, and allow access for a full day.
We are a charity and your ticket includes a donation which raises valuable funds for the museum.

Terms & Conditions
- Tickets are non-refundable, but can be changed to another date of your choosing.
- Proof of your eligibility will be required on collection of tickets if you book a concession rate online
- To book a Universal Credit £2 ticket, you can request a Proof of Benefit letter from gov.uk
This can be shown on a phone, you can bring a print out, or email it to us at enquiries@holburne.org - The Holburne reserves the right to change or cancel events at any time.
- If you can no longer attend an event which has sold out, we will offer your tickets for resale. If we are able to re-sell your tickets there will be an admin fee of £2 per ticket.
- The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased per event / exhibition is 10.
- All online transactions are subject to a £2 booking fee from our ticketing provider, Digitickets
