Winter Revels: A Tudor Nöel

Following their sell-out concert at the Holburne last year, the singers of Dowland Youth Works return with a programme of skits and songs to evoke a Tudor yuletide. They will be accompanied by their directors – the singer and conductor Laurence Williams, and Sam Brown on the lute.

Now in its third year, Dowland Youth Works is an early music course aimed at encouraging talented young musicians. Under the generous aegis of Dame Emma Kirkby and Peterborough’s Orchard House, the scheme delights audiences and attendees alike.

This evening promises to be a special occasion of delightful singing and music-making with a festive theme.
