Play the Museum

As part of the this Years PARTY IN THE CITY  – Bath Spa University postgraduate students respond to the collection, the space and the history of the Holburne Museum in a playful, cross disciplinary collaboration, combining artwork, music and dance.

The building will be reanimated with contemporary artwork and site-specific performance that takes as its starting point the possibilities and limitations of translation from one form to another: space – sound – movement – object.

Short performances will be happening in different places  throughout the evening and audience members can come and go as they please. Please pick up a programme on arrival.

Enjoy Free access to the Collection galleries throughout the evening. The Garden Cafe will be open as well.
