Join us for an inspiring evening exploring the origins, purpose and growing impact of IceBreakers – a grassroots movement founded in Bath,that uses cold water, community and nature to support men’s wellbeing in a simple, accessible and powerful way.

We’re thrilled to be joined by the three founders Arron Collins-Thomas Tim Bowles and Jack Horner – who will talk about their own experiences, what inspired them to set up the group and what we can all learn from it.
