Creative family fun at the Holburne Museum

2 & 9 August 2021 2 weeks of outdoor creative workshops (Monday-Friday)

This Summer we will be offering family friendly creative workshops led by local artists, inspired by the range of unique objects in the museum’s collection.

FRIDAY 13 AUGUST – A GEORGIAN FASHION STATEMENT

Be inspired by the unique fashion styles of Georgian Bath. Who was a trend setter and what did they wear? Learn about the secret language of beauty spots worn by the highest in society, then create and decorate your own special patch box to your taste.

When? Workshops will run on weekdays from 10.30 – 1pm

Where? Outdoors in the museum gardens, under a large marquee.

Age range? Activities suitable for families with children aged 5 and up.

Tickets are £12 per family/bubble. 1 ticket= a maximum of 2 children with 1 accompanying adult.

Accompanying adults are very welcome to join in with the activities, however materials will be provided for 2 participating children only. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Workshops will be available to prebook online. We will be offering any remaining places on a walk-in basis each day, however these places will be limited.

Please book in advance to avoid disappointment. 

We are aware of the ongoing increase in covid cases in the BANES area. In order to keep everyone safe we will have a number of measures in place.
