For our next Closer Look we shall be visiting John Boyd Textiles in Castle Cary, believed to be the last remaining factory in the world producing horsehair fabrics for furnishings – the Irish chairs in the ballroom, and the modern benches throughout the Holburne are upholstered in their products.
